Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin (highly desirable)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute hiring strategies across multiple channels (school collab, ads, job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)

• Support Collaborating with universities for training. 
• Coordinate recruitment partnerships and employer branding initiatives
• Coordinate with digital marketer or marketing team on marketing collaterals
• Coordinate with social media team

2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process

• Sourcing & screening candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Conducting interviews with HQ role 
• Filtering process: Background checks
• Build meaningful relationships with candidates and nurture pipelines
