Are you passionate about guiding young minds, fostering growth, and creating a positive learning environment? HANKidz is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated HR assistant to be a part of our lively and nurturing team! 

• To assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
• To plan and execute hiring channels via in-house databases, online employment forums, social media, and other channels. 
• Tapping into universities and campuses to generate students leads. 
• To manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and background verifications. 
• To onboarding new hires, creating offer letters, conducting induction sessions, and completing all relevant paperwork. 
• May also be required to work with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the HR function. 

Overall, the HR Executive role requires a strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as the ability to build relationships and promote the company’s reputation. 

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcomed, and relevant experience is considered a bonus!
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly desired.
