<li>Full Set of Accounts Preparation: Assist in preparing the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable Management: Handle and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Staff Payroll &amp; Claims: Manage the company’s monthly staff payroll, including statutory payments and staff claims.</li>
<li>Daily Accounting Duties: Ensure all accounting records in the system comply with the company’s policies, accounting standards, procedures, and statutory tax requirements.</li>
<li>Month-End Closing: Support the month-end closing procedure by ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.</li>
<li>Daily Reporting: Provide daily accounting-related updates and reports to the superior for review.</li>
<li>Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks as required by the team or management.</li>
<li>Other Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.</li>
