• Leading finance department overlooking different divisions for billing & collection, accounting, payroll and other related matters.
• Reporting directly to the managing director.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, including the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of tax compliance regulations and experience in managing tax filings.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bukku) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in team leadership and mentoring junior accounting staff.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and risk management principles within a financial context.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication with diverse teams and clients.
