Role purpose

As a Management Trainee you will act as the backbone of daily operations. You will rotate through client servicing, administrative support and project coordination to keep teams organised and clients satisfied.

Your Growth & Impact

• Build hands-on experience across client work, administration and simple financial tasks to accelerate your learning curve.
• Gain exposure to client meetings and document handling that strengthens your professional communication.
• Expand your internal network by working with managers across advisory, compliance and administration teams.
• Develop practical skills in reporting, scheduling and basic analysis that prepare you for a junior analyst or coordinator role.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Operations & Office Management

• Maintain day-to-day office systems, manage filing and ensure client documents are organised and easy to find.
• Coordinate schedules, book meetings and prepare meeting materials for internal and client sessions.
• Process basic administrative requests such as invoice batching, petty cash tracking and supply orders.

Client & Project Support

• Assist in preparing client memos, engagement letters and routine correspondence with clear, professional formatting.
• Support simple data entry and reconciliation for client files to keep records audit-ready.
• Follow up on client requests and log progress so managers can focus on higher-value work.

Learning, Reporting & Improvement

• Compile weekly activity summaries and basic status reports to help teams track progress.
• Suggest small process improvements after learning core tasks to make routines smoother.
• Attend training rotations across advisory, compliance and admin to broaden your understanding.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or final year student with a degree in business, accounting, finance or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of internship or part-time experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn on the job and commit to a rotational training program within the firm.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word for preparing reports and tables.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping concepts and simple financial statements is an advantage.
• Familiarity with document management, email etiquette and calendaring systems.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can draft tidy emails and basic client notes under guidance.
• Organised, reliable and able to prioritise several small tasks in a busy office.
• Curious and coachable, ready to receive feedback and improve quickly.
• Team player who treats client confidentiality and professional conduct seriously.
