Job Description

  • Assist clients in understanding documentation needs and offer guidance on company formation bank account setup business license applications Employment Passes and more.
  • Work closely with internal teams to guarantee a seamless onboarding process for new clients and offer essential support throughout the transition phase.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client questions and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Open to traveling both domestically and internationally as required.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably Candidates with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience in the Professional Firms (Company Secretary, Legal, Audit, Tax) Or Financial Services Industry (Bank, Insurance or Fund Management, Trust Company) .
  • Fresh graduates with good academic results & leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with >2 years of working experience in sales & marketing of financial services will be considered for Business Consultant role.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Qualification and/ or a recognised degree.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Enjoy communicating & engaging with people.
  • Meticulous with details especially with documentation.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
