What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead and manage a team of English teachers
• Ensure consistent, high-quality teaching across all classes
• Coach, train, and develop teachers to improve performance
• Observe classes and provide practical, supportive feedback
• Oversee lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and teaching materials
• Monitor teacher performance and student learning progress
• Manage class allocation, scheduling, and academic operations
• Work with management to continuously improve teaching standards

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of English teaching experience
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading or mentoring teachers
• Degree in Education, English, TESOL, Linguistics or related field
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Natural leadership ability with a coaching mindset
• Passion for teaching, training, and student development
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
• Experience in a language centre or education institution
• Background in curriculum development or academic planning
• TESOL / CELTA / TEFL certification
