Role Overview
• Hans Language Centre is seeking passionate, high-energy educators to join our team. You will be responsible for helping students build confidence and fluency in English through engaging lessons tailored for General English, Business English, and IELTS preparation.
Key Responsibilities
• Instruction: Deliver high-quality English lessons to diverse learner groups, including adults and ESL students.
• Curriculum Delivery: Conduct classes for General English, Business English, and specialized IELTS preparation modules.
• Lesson Planning: Prepare and execute interactive lesson plans for both group settings and one-on-one sessions.
• Digital Integration: Utilize online teaching tools and interactive whiteboards to enhance the learning experience.
• Student Progress: Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress to ensure learning objectives are met.
Job Requirements
Basic Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in English, TESL, TESOL, Education Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification: A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., CertTESOL, TESOL, or equivalent).
• Proficiency: Native or near-native English proficiency with the ability to teach ESL learners effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 5 years of professional English teaching experience.
Specialization:
• Proven track record in teaching adult learners and Business English.
• IELTS Expertise: An IELTS score of 8.0 or above is highly preferred.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern online teaching platforms and interactive classroom technology.
