Role Overview
• Hans Language Centre is seeking passionate, high-energy educators to join our team. You will be responsible for helping students build confidence and fluency in English through engaging lessons tailored for General English, Business English.
Key Responsibilities
• Instruction: Deliver high-quality English lessons to diverse learner groups, including adults and ESL students.
• Curriculum Delivery: Conduct classes for General English, Business English.
• Lesson Planning: Prepare and execute interactive lesson plans for both group settings and one-on-one sessions.
• Digital Integration: Utilize online teaching tools and interactive whiteboards to enhance the learning experience.
• Student Progress: Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress to ensure learning objectives are met.
Job Requirements
Basic Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in English or a related field.
• Certification: A recognized teaching qualification
• Proficiency: Native or near-native English proficiency with the ability to teach ESL learners effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 5 years of professional English teaching experience.
