Job Description
Job Summary:
Are you an organized individual who loves nature? We are seeking a versatile Guest Service All-rounder who can seamlessly transition between Front Desk Reception and Restaurant Service. You will be the face of our resort, ensuring guests receive top-notch hospitality from the moment they check in until their final meal with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest arrivals/departures, handle online bookings, respond to email/WhatsApp inquiries, manage filing, and perform basic data entry/bookkeeping.
- Assist in the resort’s restaurant by welcoming guests, taking food & beverage orders, and providing table service.
- Build rapport with guests to personalize their stay and ensure a high level of satisfaction.Collaborate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth resort operations.
- Address guest complaints and requests promptly with a professional attitude.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments regarding guest requirements and resort schedules.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Hospitality (Front Office or F&B) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- A multitasking mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Service-oriented, friendly, and well-groomed.
