Job Summary:
Are you an organized individual who loves nature? We are seeking a versatile Guest Service All-rounder who can seamlessly transition between Front Desk Reception and Restaurant Service. You will be the face of our resort, ensuring guests receive top-notch hospitality from the moment they check in until their final meal with us.
 Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage guest arrivals/departures, handle online bookings, respond to email/WhatsApp inquiries, manage filing, and perform basic data entry/bookkeeping.</li>
<li>Assist in the resort’s restaurant by welcoming guests, taking food &amp; beverage orders, and providing table service.</li>
<li>Build rapport with guests to personalize their stay and ensure a high level of satisfaction.Collaborate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth resort operations.</li>
<li>Address guest complaints and requests promptly with a professional attitude.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth communication between departments regarding guest requirements and resort schedules.</li>
</ul>
