岗位职责：
- Responsible for recruiting and nurturing Games streamer, facilitation their growth 负责寻找&招募游戏主播，促进他们在平台上的成长和发展。
- Analyze and summarize the steaming content, providing targeted optimization strategies to improve content performance 分析并总结语音厅的内容，提供有针对性的优化策略以提升主播的表现，确保符合用户的喜好。
- Maintained the good relationship with Games Streamer 与游戏主播保持良好的合作关系，营造支持和激励的氛围。
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the company 完成公司分配的其他任务，为团队目标做出贡献。
Job Requirements
- 岗位要求：
Candidates with at least 2 years of stable experience as a game streamer, room host, or room administrator on any gaming live streaming platform, or with experience in establishing their own gaming guild, will be given priority. 有游戏直播平台有至少2年以上稳定性游戏主播、厅主或厅官者或有自建游戏公会群经验者优先。 - Excellent in communication skills for Voice-live streaming, with knowledge of live streaming 具备出色的语音厅沟通技巧，熟悉语音厅行业知识。
- Ability to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced working environment 能够在快节奏的工作环境中承受压力并取得良好表现。
- Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English 流利掌握中文、马来语和英语

Salary : BASIC + COMMISSION
Location : Near to MRT Bukit Bintang
