Job Description
- Partnership Negotiation: Responsible for identifying and securing collaboration with streamers, conducting efficient business negotiations to establish and maintain long-term stable partnerships. 合作洽谈: 负责寻找主播合作伙伴，进行高效的商务谈判，以确保建立并维持长期稳定的合作关系。
- Streamer Training: Develop and implement training programs for streamers, covering aspects such as live streaming skills and product knowledge, ensuring streamers meet the company’s professional standards. 主播培训: 制定并执行针对主播的培训方案，涵盖直播技巧提升、产品知识讲解等方面，确保主播的专业水平符合公司标准。
- Collaborate with streamers to create detailed live streaming plans, monitor performance and feedback during streams in real-time, and promptly handle unexpected situations to ensure smooth execution of live streaming events. 开播运营: 协同主播制定详细的直播计划，并在直播过程中实时监控表现与反馈，及时应对各类突发状况，保证直播活动顺利进行
- Other Responsibilities: Continuously monitor market dynamics and industry trends to provide data support and professional recommendations for the company’s strategic decisions. 其他任务: 持续关注市场动态及行业趋势，为公司的战略决策提供数据支持与专业建议。
Job Requirements
- Practical work experience in new media operations or streamer management-related industries; 拥有新媒体运营或主播管理等相关行业的实际工作经验；
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners; 出色的人际交往能力和谈判技巧，能够有效地与内外部合作伙伴沟通；
- Strong understanding and insights into the trends of digital and social media development; 对数字媒体和社交媒体的发展趋势有着深刻的理解与洞察力；
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to operate in an international environment; 良好的英文读写及口语能力，能够在国际化的环境中工作；
