Close Deals via Chat: Engage with customers through e-commerce platforms and chat tools (like ChatsHero) to understand their needs and directly close sales.

  • 贴心跟进: 为客户推荐合适的产品并持续跟进,绝不做“已读不回”的销售。

Proactive Follow-ups: Recommend the right products and consistently follow up with potential buyers—turning inquiries into revenue.

  • 把控业绩: 追踪每日销售数据,用聊天技巧和策略把询问变成实际收入,享受业绩狂飙的成就感!

Job Requirements

我们需要这样的你 (Requirements):What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

  • 学历背景: 拥有 Diploma 或以上学历(科系不限)。

Education: Minimum Diploma or higher (open to any field of study).

  • 实战经验: 具备至少 2 年的销售经验(不论线上或线下,只要你会卖就行!)。

Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience (both online and offline backgrounds are welcome!).

  • 沟通达人: 能够以中文、英文和马来文进行沟通。必须精通中文(因为主要对接中文客户)。敢聊、会聊,面对客户充满自信,不怕跟客户打交道。

    Language Skills: Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu. Fluent Mandarin is an absolute MUST, as you will be dealing directly with our Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • 熟悉 WhatsApp、聊天软件以及电商平台的后台操作。

Highly comfortable using WhatsApp, chat applications, and e-commerce platforms.

  • 爱赚钱、目标感极强,具备良好的抗压能力。
