Job Description
We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. The goal is to help grow our brand’s influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Your tasks will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone fun with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including social media, SEO and advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Content calendar planning, copywriting, target market analysis, and run ads for social media.
- Oversee content and graphic creation for advertising such as Email blast, Facebook ads, SMS blast.
- Create forms and landing pages for new campaigns/markets.
- Implement all marketing communication activities including media bloggers interactions, public relations, digital marketing, social media platforms, company’s official websites, CSR strategies.
- Execute media buys on Facebook Ad Manager and similar platforms.
- Ensure that all marketing collaterals are consistent and follows the brand guidelines.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Reply inquiries and sustain relationship with our online community.
- Create templates for marketing messaging and inquiries.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar senior marketing role.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media practices.
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
- Experience developing social media strategies.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
