We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to educate customers on our products and help customers identify and purchase products they desire. The goal is to provide high class customer service and clinch sales.

Responsibilities

-          Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

-          Maintain outstanding store condition and cleanliness

-          Maintain a well-stocked store

-          Ascertain customer’s needs and wants

-          Recommend and display items that match customer needs

-          Welcome and greet customers

-          Manage point-of-sale processes

-          Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments

-          Keep up to date with product information

-          Accurately describe product features and benefits

-          Follow all companies policies and procedures

Requirements

-          Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia

-          Well mannered & groomed

-          Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

-          Solid communication and interpersonal skills

-          Customer service focused

-          Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

-          Basic administration skills

-          Able to work in 9 hour shifts (10am – 7pm & 1pm – 10pm)

-          Able to work on weekends.
