Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Exe / Manager (BDE/BDM) to join our team. The BDE/BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    Understand client needs and propose solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase company revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
