Job Description
🎯 Job Purpose
We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our Finance and Administration team on a 3-month contract basis.
The role focuses on filing, staff claims, petty cash management, courier coordination, and financial documentation to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Support
- Process staff claims, reimbursements, and expense reports.
- Track company expenditures and ensure supporting documents are complete and properly filed.
Administrative Support
- Perform filing and organizing of finance and admin documents (digital and hardcopy).
- Arrange and monitor courier and mail deliveries.
Other Ad Hoc Duties
- Any other related duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity in admin or accounting support
- Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel and Word is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible with good communication skills.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
- Responsible, punctual, and open to feedbackÂ
