Job Description
The IT Intern role at Harmonious Happy Ventures Sdn Bhd offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Information & Communication Technology industry. As a full-time poaition based in Cheras Jaya , you will be part of the dynamic Help Desk & IT Support team, contributing to the technology services that power the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic IT support to users for hardware, software and network issues
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaning computer systems and peripherals
- Support system troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Assist in monitoring IT Systems and ensuring proper functionality
- Help manage IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation.
- Support data backup and system security maintenance
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking
- Familiar wiith Windows OS and Miscrosoft office
- Willingness to learn and good problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
