Marketing Executive

Job Description

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing, enhancing, developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve the company's objectives especially on e-commerce platform and social media platforms. High adaptability and a positive attitude are key qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

* Marketing Strategy Development: Work together with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's goals.


* Content Creation: Generate marketing content, including social media postings, campaigns, email campaigns, and other materials to engage and inform the target audience.

* Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, increase customer retention, and enhance the online shopping experience.

* Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence, creating engaging and shareable content, and responding to audience interactions.


* Collaboration: Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing materials.


* Digital Marketing: Work together with the team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing, to drive online traffic and sales.


* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights 

* Campaign Execution, Analytics and Reporting: Implement and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments.


* Customer Experience: Focus on improving the overall customer experience by addressing customer feedback, streamlining the checkout process, and implementing customer-friendly policies.


* Brand Promotion: Work to strengthen brand recognition and ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the company's brand guidelines.


* Lead Generation: Create and implement lead generation strategies to support sales and business development efforts.


Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Business, or a related field.

* Have understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media & e-commerce platforms, and analytics software.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.

* Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

* Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to adapt to a changing marketing landscape.

* High adaptability and a positive attitude to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
