OVERVIEW

  • Performing the clerical works for the Operation Dept which includes maintaining and updating the necessary reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To email production quality reports to Manager/Executive/Supervisors on a daily basis.
  • To key in daily records for quality performance for each production line. Submit completed report at the beginning of the month for confirmation.
  • Submit all documents that required Manager/Executive approval or signature before distribute/send them to others.
  • To prepare department duty rosters and update them into the system every month.
  • To file all Production and QCP forms into the designated files based on good document practice procedure.
  • Create and amend Production/QCP forms or checklist as per Manager/Executive instruction.
  • To distribute documents/notes/memo as per Manager/Executive instruction.
  • Verifying the incoming material, production consumable and other production equipment when required.
  • To assist Executive to schedule training participant list and to keep track all their training attendance.
  • Other clerical works such as printing, photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing as per Manager/Executive instruction.
  • Check the daily attendance report and highlighted any finding to Manager/Executive.
  • To collect and submit OT cards to HR every month.
  • Any other task that may be assigned.
    • Rejection Status Report.
    • Packing Overall Status Report.
    • Post Treatment Overall Report.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Minimum SPM or Certificate / Diploma in any field.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of related working experience is required.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

  • Good communication skills in verbal and written, clear and easy to understand and include listening skills. (Both English & Bahasa Malaysia).
  • Ability to analyse and solve problem.
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritize work.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Basic Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word and Power point).
