<div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</h2> </div><div>OVERVIEW <ul> <li>This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex supply chain challenges to contribute to the overall success and competitiveness of the business.&nbsp;</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of supply chain technologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving are required.</li> </ul> DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Oversee the entire supply chain function which includes the order processing, manufacturing planning, forecasting, inventory management, warehousing, shipping, and other logistic activities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Key elements of manufacturing planning include production scheduling, capacity planning, material requirement planning, resource allocation, lead time management, cost management, collaboration with suppliers, demand forecasting and compliance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and implement supply chain strategies and goals aligned with overall business objectives.&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee the efficient movement of goods, from production to distribution, optimizing transportation and warehousing. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet demands while minimizing excess inventory costs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, manufacturing operations, purchasing, and finance, to align supply chain activities with overall business goals. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop analytics, system and data management capabilities including metrics and reports.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all supply chain activities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as disruption, cyber risk, fluctuations in demand etc.&nbsp;</li> </ul> REQUIREMENTS <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or any relevant field. MBA is an added advantage.</li> <li>Minimum 15 years of working experience in supply chain management including production planning, in manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Supply chain processes and management.</li> <li>Sales and Operation Planning (S&amp;OP).</li> <li>Manufacturing plant characteristics, layout, and design.</li> <li>Manufacturing processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li> <li>Continuous improvement methods (e.g. Process mapping, 5S and Kaizen).</li> <li>Supply Chain analysis and forecasting.</li> <li>Risk management concepts and framework.</li> </ul> </div>
