OVERVIEW

• Assist supervisor to monitor and supervise inspector performing their daily task. This includes monitor the QAI sampling process, verification of inspection or test conducted by QAI sections. Assist in enforcing the company rules & regulations and implementation in accordance to ISO and GMP requirement.
  
  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To perform "Buddy" as where and when required for the respective department.
• Guide inspector to perform their job effectively according to their job responsibility
• Ensure that QAI Sampling done correctly i.e. sample are taken correctly.
• Verify the Watertight test, Visual test, Dimension test and other activities are conducted as per Work Instruction.
• Ensure the data admission into database are perform correctly by subordinates.
• Ensure that there is clear segregation of finished goods in the production, packing and QAI
• To report and investigate on any deviation or nonconformities found during daily inspection to Supervisor or Executive.
• To monitor the attendance and rest time of the QAI under supervision.
• Ensure that subordinates understand, accept and follow the company policies, rules and regulations. (include disciplinary and Safety & Health).
• Conduct daily briefing before and after working shift.
• Ensure watertight machine, light table and other equipment used for inspection are in good condition before start of shift.
• To send Hotbox sample and PSI sample within timely basis.
• To arrange manpower work station by daily basis.
• Arrange inspector to find out the batch quality report for Pre-Shipment traceability.
• Ensure hygiene control before start of shifts.
• Issue / raise MRF to Maintenance department if there is any machine faulty.
• To coordinate on the arrangement man power for reject gloves at waste area.
• Participate in the Stock take activity as per assigned by superior.
• Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• SPM with credit in English
  
  

Work Experience:

• Preferably with 1 year of working experience in manufacturing environment.
  
  

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Good Communication Skills in both verbal and written' clear and easy to understand and include listening skills. (Both English and Bahasa Malaysia)
• Ability to analyse and solve problem.
• Ability to organize, supervise and provide guidance.
• Ability to lead and motivate subordinates
