DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Business / Operations <ol> <li>Regulatory Compliance &amp; Safety Standards</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Lead hazards inspections, provide analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions</li> <li>Advise management on workplace S&amp;H compliance</li> <li>Monitor legal and customer requirements, incl. CSR, to ensure operational compliance.</li> <li>Liaise with authorities (DOSH, BOMBA) for compliance</li> <li>Address and resolve citations from authorities; update policies to prevent recurrence.</li> <li>Maintain and update S&amp;H policies and procedures as per ISO45001 &amp; ISO14001.</li> <li>Provide technical advice; communicate emerging S&amp;H trends to management and S&amp;H Committee.</li> <li>Organize and coordinate S&amp;H committee meeting and act as a secretary</li> <li>Collaborate with HODs to implement S&amp;H initiatives and address hazards.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with legal and site-specific safety protocols, incl.
