Job Description

OVERVIEW

• Ensure smooth QAI operations including manpower arrangement, inventory management, equipment calibration, measuring equipment upkeep version in sync with company system, cosmetic & functional Test, data entry, safety surveillance etc.
• Work with Production Team to ensure all the test result were update in designated duration.
• Support Preshipment / Validation / R&D Team on sampling testing request & submit to QMS Audit Team on the testing report when required.
  
  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and coordinate the QAI Sampling as per Work Instruction and Standard Operating Procedure.
• Ensure that QAI Sampling done correctly i.e., sample are taken correctly.
• Verified the Watertight Test, Visual Test and Dimension Test conducted as per Work Instruction.
• Ensure that there is clear segregation of finish goods in the production, packing and QAI.
• To report and investigate on any deviation or nonconformities found during daily inspection to Executive or Manager.
• To monitor the attendance and rest time of the QAI under supervision.
• Ensure that subordinates understand, accept, and follow the company policies, rules, and regulations. (Include disciplinary and Safety & Health)
• Provide training and guidance to subordinate regarding daily activities and identified training needs.
• Conduct training evaluation on timely basis.
• Coordinate with PSI supervisor for documents retrieval on PSI traceability.
• To give briefing to subordinate for Tool Box Meeting as required by HSE department.
• Ensure Hygiene control before start of shifts.
• To coordinate on the arrangement manpower for reject gloves at waste area.
• To plan monthly schedule for group leader and inspectors.
• To give briefing to subordinates for Tool Box Meeting as required by HSE department.
• Conduct internal training to subordinates based on schedule on schedule given by superior.
• Conduct KPI planning & performance review / appraisal for 1st half / 2nd half Fiscal Year.
• Conduct KPI planning and performance review / appraisals.
• Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Diploma or SPM with 2 years working experience or any equivalent.
• Preferably with background in Science.
  
  

Work Experience:

• Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing environment or fresh graduates.
  
  

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Good Communication Skills in both verbal and written' clear and easy to understand and include listening skills. (Both English and Bahasa Malaysia )
• Ability to analyse and solve problem.
• Ability to organize, supervise and provide guidance.
• Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
