KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Actively involved in the selling and marketing of Locals Mid and High-end properties.
  • To participate in all internal and external property exhibitions and events in achieving targeted results.
  • The job will entail cold-calling and prospecting.
  • To conduct research and perform market intelligence studies for management perusal.
  • To produce report on every project assigned.

Job Requirements

SKILL & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum Diploma in related fields with 1-2 years working experiences. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Well groomed and confident in communicating with high net worth prospects.
  • Self starter, independent and able to perform under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese languages.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work with minimum supervision.
