HaruPlate is growing fast. We need an operational backbone—a Zero-Defect Enabler. You will act as the air-traffic controller for our supply chain, sales, and events. Your job is to manage our 3PL warehouse, run our sales and ops workflows, and provide the right support for the BD team. And yes, you will be supported by AI tools. 

Your Targets (What You’ll Actually Do)

• Commercial Admin : Run ai-driven Sales support and ops/admin workflows. Your goal is to automate as much of this as possible using our AI and software stack.
• B2B & D2C Logistics: Oversee our 3PL portal, manage multi-market inventory burn rates, and ensure wholesale pallets are fulfilled flawlessly.
• Event & Community Logistics: When the Growth team runs a pop-up or Community campaign, you ensure the physical kits and inventory, permits, and Point-of-Sale materials arrive on time, every time.

• Ruthlessly Organized: Chaos offends you. You bring order to ambiguity and anticipate bottlenecks before they happen.
• Tech-Native Problem Solver: You reject manual repetition. If you have to do a task three times, you figure out how to automate it (Xero, WooCommerce, 3PL Portals, AI tools).
• High Agency: A shipment is stuck? A 3PL vendor made a mistake? You don't wait for instructions. You troubleshoot, hold vendors accountable to their SLAs, and fix the system so it doesn't happen again.

Job Requirements

• 2+ Years Experience in Operations, Logistics, Sales Support, or Commercial Admin.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Xero (or similar accounting software) and Google Workspace is non-negotiable.
• Experience managing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) portals or e-commerce backends (WooCommerce/Shopify).
• Familiarity with local employment laws and payroll processing is a strong advantage.
• Professional command of English for stakeholder management.
