Scope
You are here to maximize the bandwidth of the team leads. You handle the to-dos for D2C sales and events, allowing the D2C and BD Leads to focus on high-level strategy.
1. Ads and Performance Marketing (40%)
- Ads: You are the guardian of the ads brief, and you work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of ad sets according to Team Lead's directive.
- Performance Marketing Reporting: Help facitliate performance reporting across all D2C channels and ensure date sources are well-maintained for the tech team.
2. Campaign & Community Support (40%)
- Campaign Readiness: Our Team Lead executes the campaign, but you ensure the assets are ready so that campaigns are launched and running like clockwork.
- Community support: Support Community & Growth Lead to ensure that our KOL community is strong and is aligned with all upcoming campaigns.
3. Event Sales Support (20%)
together with BD and Ops team
- Event Sales Operations: You verify bundles are clear, QR codes work, and the booth layout is optimized for customer flow.
- Partnership with Admin Ops: You collaborate closely with the Admin Ops team. They manage the equipment; you ensure it is utilized effectively for sales. Together, you ensure the event setup is flawless.
- Event Sales Execution: On event days, you transition to active sales. You are a high-energy presence at the booth, engaging with customers, sampling products, and guiding promoters on deal-closing to meet daily targets.
