Role Purpose: Drive the strategic integration of AI tools across the company to:

<li>Improve customer relationship and engagement via WhatsApp and other digital channels &nbsp;</li>
<li>Enhance internal process efficiency and reduce communication errors &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Work directly with the CEO to identify AI use cases for business growth and operational excellence</li>
<li>Implement and test AI tools to optimize customer service, sales, and retention — starting with WhatsApp and expanding to other channels</li>
<li>Design and refine internal workflows using AI to improve speed, accuracy, and transparency</li>
<li>Continuously monitor AI performance and ROI; recommend adjustments and improvements</li>
<li>Train and guide internal teams on effective use of AI tools &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Hands-on experience using various AI tools (e.g. chatbots, process automation, analytics) to address business problems</li>
<li>Good understanding of customer service and communication processes</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills; ability to bridge between business, tech, and people</li>
