<li>Purpose of the Role The Project Management Trainee supports the delivery and internal operations of ongoing projects. This role is designed to train the intern in project coordination, process thinking and cross-team communication, while giving exposure to real client work and internal systems.</li>
<li>Key Responsibilities a. Project Coordination Support • Assist in planning tasks, tracking progress and organising timelines for active projects. • Update Project Management boards and maintain project documentation so teams have clear visibility. • Prepare meeting notes, requirement summaries and weekly project updates. • Follow up with task owners to ensure milestones are met.</li>

<li>Internal Operations &amp; Process Efficiency • Review current workflows to spot bottlenecks or repeated work. • Assist in setting up SOPs, templates and checklists to improve project delivery. • Support data accuracy and housekeeping inside PMTool and shared folders. • Help streamline internal communication between operations, tech, commercial and delivery teams.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Exposure &amp; Communication • Join internal and selected client meetings as part of the project team. • Capture key actions, decisions and risks to keep teams aligned. • Assist in preparing simple reports, decks and follow-up messages.</li>
<li>System &amp; Tool Familiarisation • Learn how PM Tool is structured for project management across the company. • Help maintain project spaces, automate simple routines and organise information. • Support any integration or syncing tasks between project tools.</li>

<li>Learning Outcomes By the end of the traineeship, the intern will: • Understand end-to-end project management in a tech environment. • Be able to manage timelines, dependencies and stakeholder communication. • Learn how structured processes improve delivery and efficiency. • Gain confidence working across multiple teams and real client scenarios.</li>
<li>Reporting Structure The trainee reports to the Operations Lead and will work closely with the delivery team, tech, client success and commercial.</li>
<li>Expected Deliverables • Updated project boards, notes and trackers maintained weekly. • Accurate documentation of meetings and follow-ups. • Organised ClickUp spaces for assigned projects. • Contribution to one or more internal process improvements.</li>
