Job Description
Software Development
- Assist in coding, debugging, and testing web or mobile applications under supervision.
- Participate in feature development, enhancement, and bug-fixing tasks.
- Collaborate with developers to implement scalable and maintainable solutions.
Product and Platform Testing
- Contribute to writing and executing test cases.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
Research & Documentation
- Conduct technical research on new tools, frameworks, or libraries.
- Document development processes, software updates, and best practices.
Code Reviews & Version Control
- Learn and apply Git/GitHub for version control and code reviews.
- Support pull requests and collaborate on codebase hygiene.
Team Collaboration
- Attend sprint planning, stand-ups, and review meetings.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and insights clearly with mentors and team leads.
Learning Objectives
- Gain practical experience in software lifecycle management.
- Develop foundational knowledge in software architecture and cloud-based systems.
- Learn Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understand how software integrates into real-world business operations and product decisions.
Job Requirements
