Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the company directors and school principal.

Admissions

• Personally oversee each stage of the onboarding process for new families: enquiry, assessment, application, interview, acceptance, and admission up to tuition fee payment and student orientation.
• Assist in matters pertaining to the Immigration Department of Malaysia, and/or other relevant government departments on student-related administration, such as but not limited to processing of documents for enrolment, visa application and other immigration matters.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders, which includes following-up on enquiries and parent feedback.
• Follow through with all applications to the point of final acceptance or withdrawal of interest by reviewing application forms and submitted documents.

Marketing

• Develop and spearhead both physical and digital marketing strategies and campaigns to publicise the school and boost student enrolment.
• Organise and spearhead student recruitment events such as Open Days, external marketing events, and other related events where required.
• Attend to enquiries by prospects through the presentation of information regarding the school as featured in the enquiry slides and promotional materials.
• Manage social media platforms utilised by the school such as Facebook, Instagram, and Mailchimp to effectively market the school.
• Review content on the Havil website on a regular basis in order to ensure all information provided in the website is accurate and up-to-date.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Possess a strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Possess a degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field of study (min 2:1 upper-second class honours).
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
