Job Description
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and booking enquiries.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and reservation enquiries.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel management system.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality.
