Job Description
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, document preparation, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with drafting of MEMO, Process Guidelines, Basic Policies, etc.
- Pre-Onboarding – raise request for company laptop, email ID, on boarding form, etc. Send email communication to new hires – congratulating and as a gentle reminder of their onboarding date
- Administration for sitting arrangements by department
- Pantry – replenishing
- Ad-hoc HR and Admin support when required or project base
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent
- Able to commute on-site office at Jalan Ipoh
