Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Front Desk Operations

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out for treatments.
  • Provide detailed information on spa services, treatments, promotions, and operating hours.
  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and cancellations via phone, walk-in, or online channels.
  • Manage the spa schedule and ensure smooth coordination with therapists on duty.
  • Promote and upsell spa treatments, products, and packages to maximize revenue.

Morning Shift Duties

  •  Open the shop each day, ensure the premises are prepared, and be ready to welcome and assist guests as they arrive 
  •  Arrange and assign therapists each morning based on the number of guests and scheduled appointments, ensuring balanced workloads and smooth operations .
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the spa reception, treatment rooms, and common areas.
  • Monitor and report any irregularities, safety, or maintenance issues to management.
  • Assist in end-of-day reconciliation and ensure cash and credit transactions are properly balanced.
  • Proper hand-over to the night shift staff.

Night Shift Duties

  • Handle late-night walk-in guests and last-minute bookings.
  • Ensure all daily transactions, reports, and records are accurately completed before closing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the spa reception, treatment rooms, and common areas.
  • Monitor and report any irregularities, safety, or maintenance issues to management.
  • Assist in end-of-day reconciliation and ensure cash and credit transactions are properly balanced.

Administrative & Communication

  • Record guest preferences and feedback to enhance future visits.
  • Maintain proper stock levels of spa retail items and amenities.
  • Prepare daily sales and activity reports for the Spa Manager.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions.

Job Requirements

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
  • Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Work Schedule

  • Morning Shift 10 AM - 6PM
  • Night shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM 
  • 2 days off a week
