<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br>The Claims Operations Admin Intern will handle the entire range of administrative tasks in the Claims Department which include overseeing the collection of all approved claim hardcopy for filling as well as submission to the insurer for reimbursement within the stipulated timeframe.</p>
<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative support in all areas of claims</li>
<li>Responsible to collect and upkeep the filing records of the approved claims documents by the Claims Team</li>
<li>Assist in submitting the admission claims to the insurance providers upon receiving the documents from panels/claimant</li>
<li>Monitor claim submission and payment status from the insurer and initiate the recovery process should there be a shortage in payment from the insurer due to any error</li>
<li>Issuance of Payment Instructions for all approved claims to panels and employees</li>
<li>Making necessary refund arrangements to a claimant if there is any excess payment from insure</li>
<li>Provide end-to-end support in all areas of insurance members enrolment and movement</li>
<li>Making outbound calls to panels for claims submission pertaining to expired GLs and attend to all medical queries raised</li>
<li>Process outpatient claim reimbursement</li>
<li>Attend to queries via live chat/phone</li>
</ul>
