Job Description

Administrative 

  • Process the application of service providers 
  • Recruit potential service providers such as GP, Dental, Optical etc 
  • Maintain, update, and manage service providers' details 
  • Gather service providers’ feedback on products/portal, customer service, future products, etc. 
  • Maintain up-to-date documents on new and current service providers 
  • Preparation of user guides for service providers 
  • Overseeing, maintaining, managing, and suggesting improvements to user guides 
  • Co-ordinate ad-hoc services for corporate clients 
  • Support Partner Relation External when required 
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes 
  • Assisting with account payment preparation (PI) for service providers 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Being able to commit to 6 months internship period is a plus point
  • Willing to commute to the office in One City, Subang Jaya
