Job Description

• Identify and engage potential TikTok creators, influencers, and partners who align with the brand, onboarding them to the affiliate program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok affiliates, providing them with guidance, content ideas, and performance feedback.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute TikTok-specific affiliate campaigns that align with brand goals and drive engagement.
• Monitor affiliate performance on TikTok, analyze metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, engagement rates), and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with TikTok affiliates to create engaging content that drives traffic and conversions, supporting them with promotional materials when necessary.
• Keep up-to-date with TikTok trends, competitors, and industry movements to enhance the affiliate strategy and keep the brand relevant on the platform.
• Any other tasks as assigned by superior/company.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Candidates with experience in micro-commerce, social e-commerce, or community operations are preferred. Strong in communication and negotiation, with the ability to build trust.
• Outgoing and extroverted personality (E-type), enjoys communication, has a strong sense of goal orientation, and is proactive in reaching out to influencers.
• Proficiency in data analysis and tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok platform, trends, and analytics.
• Pro-active, have a good spirit of teamwork and can work with other departments.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
