Job Description

•  Assist in creating and adapting offline POSM (Point-of-Sales Materials) designs including gondola, counter displays, display racks, posters, wobblers, standees, and other retail materials.
• Support the design team in developing creative concepts and visual materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, festive events, and promotions.
• Assist in preparing design artwork, resizing, and adapting creative assets according to different retail and marketing requirements.
• Support the creation of basic 3D mockups and visual presentations to showcase retail display concepts.
• Work closely with the marketing and branding team to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors on production materials, artwork submission, and basic production follow-up.
• Assist in checking printed materials to ensure design accuracy and quality before deployment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for improving brand visibility in retail environments.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the superior / Company.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Advertising, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other design software.
• Familiarity with 3D design tools such as SketchUp, 3D Max, or CAD is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of branding, visual merchandising, and retail display concepts.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design and beauty/fashion/lifestyle industries.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects is preferred.
