 About Komo Wellness

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding preparation. 
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation by assisting with attendance, leave records, claims, and employee data verification. 
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations and general HR matters.
  • Assist in office administration tasks including asset tracking, equipment management, and office supplies procurement.
  • Support office facilities management such as utilities, courier services, cleaning, and general maintenance coordination.
  • Assist with business travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation bookings.
  • Support uniform issuance, name card requests, and staff welfare initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Support documentation for expatriate Employment Pass applications (if applicable).
  • Assist in office renovation or relocation projects when required.
  • Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by superiors or the Company.  

Job Requirements

  • Students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding, and people-related work.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and always striving to improve.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other design/video editing tools is a plus.
