<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding preparation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in monthly payroll preparation by assisting with attendance, leave records, claims, and employee data verification.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide administrative support for employee relations and general HR matters.</li>
<li>Assist in office administration tasks including asset tracking, equipment management, and office supplies procurement.</li>
<li>Support office facilities management such as utilities, courier services, cleaning, and general maintenance coordination.</li>
<li>Assist with business travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation bookings.</li>
<li>Support uniform issuance, name card requests, and staff welfare initiatives.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.</li>
<li>Support documentation for expatriate Employment Pass applications (if applicable).</li>
<li>Assist in office renovation or relocation projects when required.</li>
<li>Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by superiors or the Company.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
