Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives through social media content creation (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu) to attract young talents.
• Support copywriting and content development for employer branding campaigns.
• Assist in employer branding activities such as career fairs and employee engagement events.
• Support administrative and staff welfare tasks, including birthday gift preparation, packing, and distribution.
• Assist in general HR-related tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior or company.
