Job Description

• Monitor the flow for overall stock movement (In/Out/Transfer/Write-off) for the entire warehouse versus the system.
• Utilize computer systems to understand processes, generate KPI reports, and produce required reports and statistics.
• Enforce inventory management processes aligned with sales volume.
• Be familiar with third-party logistics (3PL) functions, including tracking delivery times, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.
• Plan delivery routes, process shipments, and oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives and monitor shipping costs.
• Track the performance of logistics providers, hauliers, and third-party service providers against lead-time commitments, cost targets, and customer service levels.
• Maintain and strengthen system operations (e.g., China HQ System, Kingdee K3, Qianyi, J&T WMS B2C & B2B Portal).
• Manage the distribution of goods from the warehouse to retail outlets and customer warehouses.
• Travel to the J&T Warehouse twice a week to coordinate with the 3PL team, monitor warehouse operations, and ensure smooth inventory and logistics processes. (Travel mileage and toll expenses are claimable.)
• Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the superior(s) or the Company.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma Degree or higher education in related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Must be willing to be based in Bandar Utama and travel 2x a week and on need basis to the warehouse at Metrohub 1 , Lot 109363, Persiaran Bukit Raja Kayangan/KU5, Bandar Bukit Raja, 41050 Klang, Selangor.
