Job Description

• Monitor the flow for overall stock movement (In/Out/Transfer/Write-off) for the entire warehouse versus the system.
• Utilize computer systems to understand processes, generate KPI reports, and produce required reports and statistics.
• Enforce inventory management processes aligned with sales volume.
• Be familiar with third-party logistics (3PL) functions, including tracking delivery times, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.
• Plan delivery routes, process shipments, and oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives and monitor shipping costs.
• Track the performance of logistics providers, hauliers, and third-party service providers against lead-time commitments, cost targets, and customer service levels.
• Maintain and strengthen system operations (e.g., China HQ System, Kingdee K3, Qianyi, J&T WMS B2C & B2B Portal).
• Manage the distribution of goods from the warehouse to retail outlets and customer warehouses.
• Travel to the J&T Warehouse twice a week to coordinate with the 3PL team, monitor warehouse operations, and ensure smooth inventory and logistics processes. (Travel mileage and toll expenses are claimable.)
• Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the superior(s) or the Company.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle data and generate reports.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel to warehouse sites when required (travel claims provided).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
