Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, execute, and keep maturing the Planning Processes for the assigned OpCos in her/his scope:

1. Demand Planning:

  • Cleanse sales history and generate accurate statistical forecast for Beer and beverages
  • Define the best forecast method according to demand segmentation to improve accuracy
  • Supports the forecast collaboration process (frequency, time frames and detail level)
  • Facilitate demand plan commitment; control and deploy demand plan execution, etc.

2. Supply Planning:

  • Model the adequate depots’ replenishment with Finished Products
  • Plan Packaging and Semi-Finished Production (Brewing, Maturation and Mixing)
  • Plan Material Resource Requirements (MRP) for both imported and locally sourced goods

3. S&OP: generate analysis of demand and supply plans in order to ease decisions in S&OP meetings

  • Drive engagement and planning competencies build in the assigned OpCos
  • Propose and follow up indicators in order to trigger actions to improve Planning results (TPM approach)
  • Support the delivery of the accurate Planning benefits to the assigned OpCos in a sustainable manner
  • Manage the expectations of the OpCo internal stakeholders from Planning function
  • Identify and translate benchmarks in processes and practices from other OpCos in order to further enrich and innovate the Planning operations of OpCos in her/his scope
  • Participate in multi-OpCos project teams related to the Planning function, driving business cases and improvements in various areas of Planning
  • Lead or participate in training and masterclasses for the Planning teams of the OpCos in her/his scope while promoting good practices, learning and strengthening the Planning capabilities
  • Contributes to the new deployments of OpCos to the APAC Regional Planning Hub

 

Experience / Skills Qualifications:

  • 3 years of job experience in Supply Chain, at least half of it in Planning
  • Bachelor/ Master in Supply Chain Management is a plus
  • Good organizational skills; able to prioritize
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Stakeholder Management and engaging others without formal authority
  • Experience of working in a dynamic environment of global FMCG companies is a plus
  • IT literacy: Excel skills and experience working in FuturMaster tool are a plus
