Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our solar energy team. This role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing proposals, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution. 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the solar industry.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solar solutions.
  •  Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  •  Collaborate with technical/engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and accurate proposals.
  •  Stay updated on solar policies, incentives (e.g., NEM, GITA), and industry trends.
  •  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  •  Maintain and update CRM/sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma , Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates encourage to apply).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Sales-driven personality with resilience and target orientation.
  • Basic understanding of solar PV systems (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and any other related software like Google, Canva and etc.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings/site visits.
