Job Description

• Build a good rapport with the customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiates and follow up business deals.
• Prepare quotations, track delivery progress, manage goods returns and complaint
• Carry out action plans like making regular calls/visits, taking orders, and sales monitoring to reach sales target.
• provide insights on competitor activities and products by updating the competitor report.
• respond to customer feedback and ensure follow-up on resolving customer complaints.
• handle and collect payments from customers timely.
• Deal with various department for customer related matters
• Able to meet task deadline
• Adhoc task assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• SPM/Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Ability to handle pressure, with analytical skill and possess responsibility
• Willing to learn and with good attitude
