Job Description

 The Finance Assistant Manager / Finance Manager will manage the company’s core finance activities, including accounting, reporting, tax compliance, transfer pricing, budgeting, cash flow planning.

• Oversee Full Set Accounts – Manage and review financial statements, general ledger, and financial reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow management.
• Tax & Compliance – Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory requirements.
• Bank Reconciliation – Monitor and reconcile bank transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable – Oversee payment collections, vendor payments, and manage outstanding balances.
• Financial Reporting – Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management review.
• Internal Controls – Establish financial policies and controls to minimize risks.
• Audit Coordination – Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits and financial matters.
• Adhoc Tasks – Handle financial analysis, cost control, and other management requests.

Job Requirements

• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently
• Interested in learning full set Accounts (SQL software, including Bank Reconciliation, Accruals, Account Payable/Account Receivable, and AdHoc requests from management)
• Able to work Independently, Detail-Oriented, Responsible, and has Good Communication Skills
• Possess LCCI, Diploma, or Equivalent in Accounting
• Experience Required
