Duties & Responsibilities
General Duties of PDI Helper:
1. To look after the overall housekeeping at the gantry. Vessel Area, Pump area, interceptor 2, Sealing Shed & POME unloading skid.
2. To do top loading for Own Collection.
3. To line up POME tank.
4. To assist Fitter when necessary.
5. To change walkie-talkie battery at the gantry in the morning & night shift.
6. To train the new drivers for top loading & bottom loading.
7. To assist any drivers on loading when there is a problem.
8. To do POME sampling & discharge.
9. To assist on NEMO 6134 transfer from V5751 to V5752.
10. To collect loading sample for quality assurance check based on agreed schedule.
11. Assist on any slop product brought back & discharge at the Interceptor 2.
12. To check on the Additive level reading at the end of the day.
13. To update the HSSE board every morning.
14. To attend the daily STM and update any issues/concern on daily basis.
15. To help cover overtime as and when required.
16. To assist in additional job assignment as and when requested by any of the day staff of the Operation production team.
17. To operate the forklift as and when requested by the shift team. Always ensure safe operation during the working hours.
18. To operate the vacuum truck as and when requested by the shift team. Always ensure safe operation during the working hours.
19. To manage Weighbridge daily operation and highlights any issues whenever there is need. Carryout troubleshooting if necessary.
20. To conduct housekeeping on the process/PDI area.

Ability and prepare to work in 2 cycle shifts.
Willing to work extra hour and work under pressure.


Other Responsibilities includes.
1. Min SPM
2. PTW applicant
3. Must possessed E( Lorry) and H ( Forklift) license.
