Duties & Responsibilities
General Duties of PDI Helper:
1. To look after the overall housekeeping at all the production unit area.
2. To conduct daily routine checks on all the vehicles belongs to the Production team.
3. To operate the forklift as and when requested by the shift team. Always ensure safe operation during the working hours.
4. To operate the vacuum truck as and when requested by the shift team. Always ensure safe operation during the working hours.
5. To buy food for the shift team.
6. To assist production unit technician on daily operational activities as and when requested by the shift team.
7. Maintain good communication with the shift team during the working hours.
8. To coach and train any new plant helpers.
9. To assist in unloading of chemicals from tanker into respective chemical skid tanks. Ensure correct line up is done.
10. To guide and assist any lorry drivers delivering chemical to the refinery.
11. To check the lube oil and chemical stock on routine basis.
12. To assist in additional job assignment as and when requested by any of the day staff of the production team.
13. To collect product sample for quality assurance check based on agreed schedule and request by the shift team.
14. Assist on any slop product brought back & discharge at the Interceptor 2.
15. To top up all the Additive/Chemical as and when requested by the shift team.
16. To attend the daily STM and update any issues/concern on daily basis.
17. To help cover overtime as and when required.


Job Requirements

Job Requirements
Ability and prepare to work in 2 cycle – 12 hour shift.
Willing to work extra hour and work under pressure.
1. Min SPM.
2. PTW applicant.
3. Must possessed E and H license.
