Role
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provide support to operation for sweating current assets to maximize margin
2. Identification and implementation of margin & reliability improvement project proposals along with run and maintain plant responsibilities.
3. Identification and implementation of cost reduction initiatives including chemical optimization.
4. The role of focal point of work process and activities require highly collaborative capabilities as there is a need to work together and integrate effort with people of various departments and sections in HRC.
5. Comfortable working across organizational boundaries to deliver results (internal and external)
6. Manage and able to influence key stakeholders to meet business objectives.
7. Drive proactive mindset and approach in ensuring work process effectiveness
8. Being one of the more senior roles within the department, coaching and supporting other more junior technologists is expected. The candidate is also expected to step up, as necessary, to support company and department initiatives.
Job Requirements
1. Chemical Engineer with good process engineering & design capability and experience is required.
2. Should have more than 7 years in process Engineering, Technical services, development in refining.
3. Should be well versed with refinery configuration, integration and economics is expected.
4. Leadership and team player skills
5. Functional competency according to Functional JCP.
6. Conversant with Process Simulation & analytical tools.
Annual limit is RM4,000 per family
Annual wellness reimbursement up to RM800 per annum
An annual reimbursement up to RM1,000 is allowable to cover for dental and optical expenses incurred by employee and eligible family members.
Monthly subsidy up to RM150 per child (Age: 3 months to 6 years) to employees who send their child to licensed Childcare center.
