Role


Duties & Responsibilities
General Duties:
1. Compiling various ESP data and prepare monthly ESP report.
2. Configure and maintain ESP application tools – IntelaTrac, DynAMo &
Universal Tag Locator (UTL).
3. Handles our gas detectors such as personal and portable gas detectors.
4. Conduct calibration of gas detectors.
5. Manage the PTW retention.
6. Carry out maintenance of personal H2S detectors, explosive gas meter,
continuous gas monitor and personal H2S gas calibration units. 3
Manage and keep records of all gas meters such as personal H2S detectors,
explosive gas meter and continuous gas monitors.
Maintain inventory of all gas meters so that new units can be ordered.
Carry out calibration and maintenance of H2S detectors, explosive gas meters
and continuous gas monitors upon proper training and certification by vendor
on his competency.
Maintain and keep records of personal H2S detector bump test units.
Inform QMI leads on spare parts requirement for maintenance of H2S detectors
and continuous gas monitors.
Seek advice and guidance from QMI lead with regards to maintenance of gas
meters when in doubt.
Manage all close out work permits and PTW retention copies.
Manage head count cards in BRM PTW cabin.
Manage housekeeping of BRM PTW cabin.
Work extra hours on overtime basis upon request by QMI lead or Production
Supervisor during refinery turnaround or as and when requested.
Responsible for any new ESP tools that has been agreed to be roll out for the
site such as IntelaTrac, UTL & DynAMo.
Carry regular health checks on ESP tools to assure they work as design.
Troubleshoot and resolve related issues. Escalate if help is needed.
Provides ESP support and services for Hengyuan Port Dickson.
Carry out additional tasks assigned to him by his supervisor.
Attending to Alarm Management meetings organized by respective Production
Specialist.
Participating in ESP and Process Isolation Goal Zero Walk as per schedule.
Help sending the GZ walk invite to all the participants.



Job Requirements

Job Requirements
1. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
2. Able to handle multiple tasks by setting work prioritization and work under pressure.
3. Able to work extra hour to support during MTA period.

1. Minimum qualification of SPM in any field of study.
2. Must be computer literate, knowledge on Microsoft Office preferred (training will be provided).
3. Have good Interpersonal skills and constructive attitude toward team performance.
4. Self-motivated with initiative to learn.
