Job Description
Role
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Lead various maintenance execution on rotating equipment such as Compressors (centrifugal, reciprocating, and axial), Turbines, Blowers, pumps etc.
2. Lead and perform hands-on maintenance execution on complex and sophisticated rotating equipment without support from Specialist / OEM.
3. Lead yearly maintenance MRP/non MRP planning, scheduling, spare parts, manpower and repair after/during execution.
4. Responsible to ensure solid execution including dismantling, inspection, assessing equipment condition for parts replacement / repair, reassembling, QA/QC, reporting and commissioning.
5. Lead commissioning/start-up for critical single running machines after maintenance execution
6. Responsible to ensure all execution is done according to specification & standards, within budget and according to safety requirement.
7. Responsible to ensure department’s key KPI on Zero Rework, Bad Actors, MTBM, Threats etc plan / unplanned execution are carried out.

1. Minimum qualification Diploma in Mechanical or similar equivalent qualifications.
2. At least 5 years of experience in supervising rotating equipment maintenance activity in oil and gas industry
3. At least 5 years’ experience in performing hands on maintenance on rotating equipment such as compressors, steam turbines, blowers, and pumps
