Hepmil Creators’ Network (HCN) is a creator agency that connects brands with over 1,000 TikTok creators across Southeast Asia — powering hyper-local, entertaining content that resonates with audiences while delivering results for brands.
We’re looking for an Client Success Manager to grow the business in Malaysia with local advertisers and agencies.
Responsibilities
● Manage key relationships with our clients, agency partner, and social platforms
● Maintain rapport with HEPMIL creators and key accounts to scale business growth in Malaysia on behalf of the company
● Create proposals for incoming client campaigns by working with HCN’s creators in developing content that meet client’s objectives
● Ensure clients’ objectives and timelines are met, oversee creative development and video production and ensure smooth delivery of deliverables
● Manage campaign budgeting, proposal estimating and agency profitability
● Serve as the primary point of contact for HCN creators by assigning jobs and leading in creation of proposals
● Have a room to grow & lead a team of Account Executives
● Be self-initiated and committed to constantly improving our work, and how we work
Requirements
● At least 4-7 years of experience in Accounts Servicing and Campaign Management
● Strong understanding and interest in advertising and media industry, consumer trends on social media
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok
● Passionate about new media and digital content, with strong interest in social media content
creation.
● Strong presentation, interpersonal, organisational and business-judgement skills.
● An appetite for changes, empathetic and proactive
● Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills and comfortable with client facing role
● Able to manage tight deadlines with strong project management skills
